Sedona, Arizona used to be one of my favorite places. But continued growth and development has changed the area...the way it feels and affects me. It's changed from being a quaint, little stop, known for its energy vortex...to a big tourist dive.
Aquaponics or integrated hydroponics is the symbiotic cultivation of plants and aquatic animals in a re-circulating environment. Aquatic animal waste matter (accumulates in water as a by-product of keeping them in a closed system or tank. The effluent-rich water becomes high in plant nutrients but this is also toxic to the aquatic animal.
A well known ancient Proverb says:
“We do not inherit the Earth from our ancestors; we borrow it from our children.”
In essence what this proverb us saying is that we need to be respectful of our children and our homes, by safeguarding their futures with what we do today.
There are three things we desperately need to live: oxygen, water, and sunlight. Food is important too but oxygen, water, and sunlight are imperative to life. A man can live longer with food than he can with a lack of water.

You might have heard of Red Reishi. It was once reserved only for royalty. Known as "The Emperor's Secret", it was once available only to he and his family. Reishi was very precious indeed. Inside it existed the key to health, vitality, longevity, and some even believed immortality. Reishi is miraculously imbued with a power to improve almost anything that ails you...at leat that's what the Emperor believed. Eating it provides a myriad of health promoting benefits. Because Reishi was rare, it was expensive and only a priviledged few had access to it. But not anymore...
