Sedona, Arizona used to be one of my favorite places. But continued growth and development has changed the area...the way it feels and affects me. It's changed from being a quaint, little stop, known for its energy vortex...to a big tourist dive.

There are many beautiful places in Ecuador. Izhcayluma is one of the upcoming green living enclaves in the mystical valley of Vicalbamba...the area where people reportedly live a healthy life well into their hundreds.

Looks a bit like paradise to me!
